I want to cancel an order I have placed
If your item has not yet been dispatched we may be able to cancel your order, but please get in contact as soon as possible as this is a very limited window of opportunity.
My products are damaged/faulty
If you have an issue with your product, please email us at hello@allthekids.co.uk. If you can include an image of the issue that would be really helpful for us, and we'll resolve the issue free of charge.
I want to return something
We are happy to accept returns on all products within 30 days. The products must be returned in an "as new" condition in any original packaging. Unfortunately we can't pay return postage costs, please drop us an email at hello@allthekids.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.
